The Organizational Learning Consultant serves as a support and guide to leadership and associates while driving key organizational talent objectives. The consultant partners with internal clients to assess, design, develop, implement and evaluate performance improvement and associate development programs. This role will act as a leadership and associate development specialist through facilitation of leadership development curriculum to include training and development of all associates. This role will assist in the development of Hamilton University curriculum to include ILT and/or computer-based modules. The consultant will work with the Organizational Development team to ensure projects align with Hamilton's values and priorities. The consultant will assist with the management of the LMS to include: creation of courses, reporting, and technical assistance when needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Training, Instructional Design or related field required. Related work experience may be considered (1 year of related work experience per 1 year of college).

Licensure: Not required

Experience: 5+ years experience with corporate training, working with all levels of management, utilizing skills and knowledge to improve work groups, teams and organizations preferred.

The Senior Director, Sales Learning Consultant, North America will be a key member of Visa University's Global Learning Delivery organization in North America, reporting to the Head of Learning, North America. This individual will play the lead role to:

Partner with the Sales College, Regional Sales Excellence, and business stakeholders to drive the evolution and adoption of the IDDEA Sales methodology within the region by providing input and feedback around the global roadmap and delivery strategy Act as the Master Facilitator for IDDEA deliveries throughout the North America (NA) Region Consult with NA regional stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of commercial capabilities across the Sales organizations to develop and deploy effective learning solutions required to grow and optimize Visa's commercial strategy Collaborate closely with the Sales College to ensure alignment with and input to the Global learning strategy.
