Strong Start with No End in Sight
The company was officially launched in 2014, but LeanDNA goes back way further than that. In 2008, a small team and a handful of pilot clients worked together to figure out how powerful the team's technology was. The founder really wanted to make sure they understood what the problem was and that they were going to be able to solve it.
From the beginning, the team knew they wanted to change how factories were being run and managed. After 6 years of making sure the product was market-ready, the company got off the ground. Since that first year, the company has grown tremendously. At first, they just had a handful of people renting out desks. Now they have full teams and leadership to oversee the critical areas within LeanDNA.
The team has dramatically increased the number of customized products they provide for clients and have increased the globalization of supply chain networks. The company now also puts a focus on reducing costs while improving how well they deliver products. It's crazy to think how far they've come as a company, and how far they're going to continue to grow.
