Keeps necessary records of camp inventories, camper profiles, camp rosters, weekly camper reports, etc.
Assists Camp Director & Assistant Camp Director in planning and conducting staff training and meetings.
Assists in facilitation of weekly surveys.

Compensation range: $560-600 per week DOE.

Horseback Riding Specialist
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Staff are assigned to a group of campers from 10-20 girls each week. Staff are responsible for managing and supervising their assigned campers and their campers' weekly schedule of activities. Staff will implement the horse curriculum, assist with daily horse care duties such as feeding, saddling and riding the horses.

* Current certification in CPR and First Aid and Personal Safety from the American Red Cross.
* Certified to dispense medication:1-year minimum experience
* Experience in first aid and emergency management.

* Ability to reside at the camp property for the duration of the camp season and occasionally live in non-air-conditioned spaces with other staff members.
* Must be able to attend and reside at the camp property during training sessions from May 27 - 30 and June 2 - 6, 2025.
* Must be able to work and reside at the camp property during the entire camp session from June 8th - July 25th, 2025 from 10:00 am Sunday morning until 6:00 pm the following Friday evening. Staff may stay on camp property over the weekend if necessary. (Camp will not be in session July 3-4, 2025).
* This position performs its duties indoors and in outdoor weather conditions. This position is exposed to outdoor weather conditions, requiring a tolerance to work in hot summer conditions. Not all sleeping arrangements will be climate controlled.
* Experience in both child and adult illness/injury care.

* GSSWT provides applicable trainings and certifications for hired staff.
* All meals and housing arrangements are covered by GSSWT for Overnight Camp positions.
* Compensation: $720 per week

* All staff are considered role models to all campers at GSSWT overnight camps and are expected to participate in camp activities such as all evening camp activities, meals in the lodge, evening camper supervision, and camp check in and check out.
