People Management
Manage a team of Restore Nurses by hosting regular meetings and training all new RN hires at your location with assistance from General Manager and Regional Nurse.

**Overview**

What You Will Do
* Integrate the LCE Value Stream into the Power & Controls (P&C) Safety Process.
* Align and integrate with the Pratt & Whitney (PW) Safety Process.
* Maintain and manage the PW Safety Issues Management Database.
* Support both PW and Collins Power & Controls Safety Boards as needed.
* Establish standard work and process flows for the LCE Safety Process, in alignment with Collins and PW Safety Requirements.
* Champion a CORE event to map current safety processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement a FAR 21.3 event management process across all Large Commercial Engines programs.
* Integrate management of LCE Safety Items into the established LCE Value Stream processes.
* Create, launch, and lead standard work for the LCE Value Stream Safety Process, including development of templates for safety reporting and PSB (Product Safety Board) status.
* Ensure timely Integrated Product Management Team (IPMT) pre-reviews in preparation for monthly P&C PSB meetings.
* Proactively engage all relevant stakeholders in Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) reviews, assumptions, and action planning.
Qualifications You Must Have
* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
