Job Summary:
The Crew Leader II will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor of our precast concrete plant. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring that all production processes run smoothly, and coordinating with the plant management to meet production goals. The Crew Leader II will be key in ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained during all stages of production.

Requirements, Education and Experience:

Basic understanding of production processes, scheduling, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret production schedules, blueprints, and technical specifications.
