Establish guidelines and procedures for purchasing and monitor contracts for compliance with such procedures. Updates and maintains database to assure correct pricing.
Performs supplier evaluations in reference to vendor pricing, service, on time delivery and quality. This evaluation is reviewed with strategic suppliers and used for the selection of suppliers for future business and provides basis for corrective action if needed.
Drives procurement related tasks for New Product Introduction in line with the project plans. Active participant in project teams and provides input to other functional areas in the organization.
Keeps organization and customers current on raw material market trends, provides input to buyer about strategic inventory strategies to balance excess/obsolete inventory risk and raw material inventory outage risk.
Supports Intek Plastics, Inc. policies and procedures and conducts departmental and Company activities in accordance with these policies.

What You'll Do
* Provide presales technical leadership to customers by understanding their business challenges and architecting AI/ML solutions to address them.
* Leverage expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and the latest advancements like Generative AI to build POCs and prototypes that demonstrate value to prospective clients.

What You'll Bring
