Lead the R&D IT operations and serve as the SPOC for all IT-related requirements for the site.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to consult on new requirements and ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure and systems.
Direct backup and restoration, BCP/DRP documentation, and yearly testing.
Oversee on-premises applications and tools support, including IBM Rational Doors, DCC, PDM Link, license server, and other local applications.
Manage the budget forecast, including annual Capex/OpEx forecast and tracking, and approve invoices for various IT costs.
Manage IT procurement and vendor management, including laptop lease management and quarterly review, and annual support renewal of hardware/software and tracking.
Coordinate with Infosec for any security incidents and participate in regular compliance reviews & audits.
Review and manage access requests.
Participate in new office build-out/new projects, including planning passive/active networking components, collaboration equipment planning/setup, and project coordination and implementation.
What's required?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on R&D IT operations and management.
Proven experience in managing a team of FTEs and CWs.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, including networking, telecom, audio/video, and conferencing.

The Site IT Leader for the DuPont Healthcare Manufacturing facilities in Minneapolis, along with other locations with related product lines, will have direct responsibility for the User Support Services to drive consistent IT service delivery for a highly profitable, complex, and challenging environment. The Site IT Leader's is responsible for ensuring 24x7x365 uptime of site critical systems such as WAN and LAN networks, voice services, servers and storage, manufacturing/lab equipment, as well as maintaining a budget that meets financial objectives and affordability.
