What You'll Do As a Team Leader, you will motivate and coach your team of Sales Associates to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience, while optimizing sales. You will lead a team by providing ‘in the moment' coaching and training on Primark ways of working with ongoing feedback. Supporting the colleague experience, you will engage the Sales Associates in your team with an emphasis on recognition, communication, and wellbeing.
