Essential Functions:
Responsibilities:
To serve as an alternate point of contact for Goodwill Industries at the worksite. To be knowledgeable of the statement of work and ensure that all work is performed to contract specifications. To act in the place of the supervisor in his or her absence.
1. To ensure that at least one member of the management team is on duty during work time.
2. To assist in orienting and training new or transferred custodial workers.
3. To supervise and recommend disciplinary action for custodial workers.
4. To perform custodial duties as assigned by the supervisor or assistant supervisor.
5. To supervise and motivate custodial employees to reach production guidelines and to be capable of producing as well. To conduct periodic inspections of subordinate's work performance, as required or as recommended by the supervisor.
6. To address all customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily. To notify supervisor, assistant supervisor and, if necessary, Project Manager of any customer complaints and other issues that may arise at the worksite.
7. To inventory and request supplies ensuring that reorders are placed before stock is depleted as directed by the supervisor. To inspect contract equipment on a regular schedule and maintain equipment inspection log as directed by the supervisor.
8. To act as a positive role model for employees and customers in all aspects of professional performance.
9. To observe personnel policies and safety procedures. To ensure compliance by subordinates. To ensure the daily safety meeting is conducted and documented.
10. To participate in employee monthly meetings.
11. To ensure hourly floor checks are conducted and documented.

Requirements:
