The Adult Outpatient Supervisor-Field Based will ensure that the counseling and behavioral health case management services being delivered are individualized, recovery-focused and allow individuals the opportunity to learn how to manage their own recovery and advocacy process. Operating throughout the day and into the evening - this is a great position for anyone who loves being outside in an alpine environment, meeting and interacting with guests all day. A lead is also responsible for delivering outstanding guest service; providing quality information to internal and external guests and selling tickets to Adventure Point. Job duties of the position include, but are not limited to: Responsible for daily operations of the snow tubing hill, snow castle, Snow Bikes and lift operations including: opening and closing activities, appropriate staffing at assigned area's & reviewing and completion of daily operational logs Assist in training of new staff and departmental training Communicate in a pleasant and courteous manner to our guest and fellow employees Close out, check backup and count deposits for Ticket Sales Agents Trouble shoots Point of Sale (POS) and other equipment systems Resolve guest ticket problems Perform and assist Tubing Hill daily operations Maintenance of lift/snow castle areas including snow work, mazes, tools and supplies. Maintain sufficient supplies and perform daily cleaning of yurts and restroom.
