What You Will Do:
As a Depot Capability Lead you'll be responsible for guiding interdisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules and participating in regular reporting requirements. In addition, you'll interface with teams responsible for executing tasks in technical services customer support in areas such as test equipment, support, technical publications, training and capability deployment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Interfacing with Program Leads, Product Line Leadership, Customers and Program Management Office (PMO) on Depot Capability Scope
Ownership of Program Cost and Schedule for In-country Repair, Depot Capabilities and Depot Test Equipment (DTE)
Responsibility for program deliverables
Partner with Product Leads on In-country Repair, Depot Capabilities and DTE
Support proposals and Program Management Baseline (PMB) development in your program area
Contribute to the development of a holistic sustainment concept and product roadmap for the customer
Contributing as a technical leader on product sustainment activities for developmental and legacy programs
Achieving technical, cost and schedule objectives through collaboration and standard program management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM), Integrated Master Schedule and Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management
Presenting at Integrated Product Team (IPT), Program and Customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) including technical, schedule, cost status and root cause/corrective action topics

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
Experience using tools to manage technical, cost or schedule objectives, for example: Earned Value Management (EVM), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) or Risk and Opportunity Management (R&O)

The Lead will take on full management accountability for the safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance of a multi-cell/multi-shift operation. The Value Stream Leader will drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
This key role requires daily interaction with other functions to maintain and meet organizational goals. These groups include technical support, manufacturing/test/design engineering, maintenance, production control, and finance. Achieving/exceeding safety, quality, delivery, cost goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using CORE, six sigma, and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.
What You Will Do
Deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
Workforce planning and forecasting.

Area layout and flow management
Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
Ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures
Solve complex operational issues while maintaining open communications and a cooperative work environment.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, and /or Operations.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Broad understanding of circuit card design, quality and production requirements and a demonstrated ability to continuously improve these processes.
Strong management skills including the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, goal setting, delegation, coaching, and motivating.
Knowledge in assembly, inspection, and test operations
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation and influencing skills.
High level of computer literacy / confidence and skill working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with Raytheon systems (CMES, SAP, PDM)

Module Development Senior Section Lead
to manage our Module Design/Development Section within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.
The Engineering Section Lead in this role will be responsible for managing an interdisciplinary group of electrical and mechanical engineers who design and test modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) products. This would be in active support of existing technologies in production as well as next generation products in development.
What You Will Do:
Work with the department manager on manpower and resource planning, controlling overhead costs, developing and delivering employee performance reviews, and developing/reviewing proposals
Review and oversee project schedules and costs
Support the needs of up to 20 employees who will depend on the section lead to help guide their careers and maximize their potential and effectiveness
Support management at the department, directorate, and functional leadership levels
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) Field and a minimum of ten (10) or more years of experience in Microwave/RF module, subsystem and component analysis, design and test
