We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Design Lead to drive Design in food preservation for North American consumers and businesses while also leading global Multi-Door and Side-by-Side (SBS) projects. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of food preservation experiences by strategically aligning design with category ambitions, consumer insights, branding, and emerging trends.
The Lead Designer will lead multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Product Design, or a related field.
8+ years' experience in design /projects

Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary consumer-led innovation process and projects from concept to market launch.
Remarkable strategic thinking with the ability to integrate design with business objectives and innovation goals.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design visions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
