Key Responsibilities:
Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Responsible for supervising Fire Evacuation of area to assigned point.
Distributes and facilitates safety materials, including OSHA topics.

Physical Demands:

Work Duties and Required Skills
As a member of the Site Leadership team, the Plant Superintendent is responsible to play an active role in, and coach others in programs including human safety, food safety, quality, environmental standards, Performance Excellence (CI). They are responsible to ensure each department is supporting the goals of the plant and the division.
Leads the Operation of the Plant to maintain personnel and process safety:
Coordinate with all shift supervisors regarding all aspects of blending, encapsulation, packaging, Tableting and machine setup to execute the weekly schedule as defined by the planning system.
Drive the ‘Safe or We Don't Do It' culture within the Operations team and partner with EH&S Manager to drive compliance with Safety Procedures to ensure operators are working in a safe and productive manner.
Ensure all supplies, materials and services needed are provided for all shift Blending, Encapsulation and Maintenance Set Up.
Ensures the team works safe and the department maintains compliance of all health and safety regulations
Direct work, conduct performance appraisals, reward and/or discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems. Ensure that all shift members are trained properly and maintain daily.
Maintain and authorize written procedures and other documents ensuring documentation is up to date with current practices.
Ensures the operation of the site is carried out with all regulatory permits, laws & regulations and best practices
Aligns department goals with plant goals and communicates the direction and priorities to the department leveraging a structured management system.
Coordinates operation of the plant to insure adherence to established product, environmental, safety, housekeeping & quality guidelines set by the company

Key Performance Area:

Oversee ordering of medical and pharmaceutical supplies, if applicable. Comply with all Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to patient care, patients' rights, safety, billing, human resources and collections. Adhere to all AON and departmental policies and procedures, including IT policies and procedures and Disaster Recovery Plan. Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all patient and employee information at all times. Will be expected to work at any AON location to help meet AON business needs, within reasonable expectations. Will be expected overtime when given sufficient notice. Attend and participate in CNM and RDN scheduled meetings. Will be expected to function and staff as a Registered Nurse when necessary. This includes performing port flushes, injections, administering all types of infusions and supporting nurse triage. Ensure completion of daily variance report and resolution of unsigned charges. Position Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
Unencumbered RN License in the state of employment or multi-state licensure
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
Certifications/Licenses:
Registered Nurse license.
Certification of OCN required within two years of employment.
Current CPR certification.
Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
Previous Experience:
