Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

Our client is revolutionizing airspace safety with scalable drone detection and airspace management technology. They provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various industries. As they expand, they are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with leadership experience and a strong background in full-stack development to help drive innovation in Counter Unmanned Airborne Systems (C-UAS) and Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM).


Location: Hybrid or on-site in Syracuse, NY

Salary: $130-150K, based on experience

Travel: Up to 10 percent

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions
