Essential Functions:Operational Leadership Manage day to day generator outage request process with an eye on enhancements to improve efficiency and evolving resource adequacy landscape. Developing PJM generator operations and reporting requirements. Establishing metrics to evaluate generation performance and working with generation owners to implement strategies to increase efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to generation team to tackle complex generation related problems and facilitate innovative solutions. Stakeholder Engagement Lead coordination efforts with generation owners and associated agents to reinforce expectations and compliance with PJM requirements. Represent PJM interests related to generator operations with industry representatives, including updates to standards and rules. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on large-scale initiatives, driving towards progress with a clear and well-articulated vision. Sharing knowledge and expertise to develop others and increase overall level of understanding.
