The Role
The Security Solutions Architect is a senior level position in Lumen's Technology Architecture organization with responsibility for providing expert-level information security advisory and security architectural solution support for large, complex, and technologically difficult security solutions. The Main Responsibilities

● The Fiber Technician performs testing: continuity test horizontal and riser cable; use of volt-ohmmeter; troubleshoot opens, crosses, shorts, and transpose pairs on horizontal and riser cable; use a tone set.

SUMMARY:
This position will coordinate the setup and growth of the Generative AI practice within the Company, working across business areas and technical groups to understand needs, identify opportunities for the application of AI technologies and translate AI insights into actionable strategies to increase business return on investments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research AI technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify areas where AI application can stimulate business growth, help the business on defining and analyzing the business cases, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement identified solutions.

Work with architecture, security, applications and other technical agents to evaluate new AI tools to adopt into the work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within the Microsoft suite, including Azure, Power BI, and Office 365, and eventually other suites of products in the measure that vendors will make AI plug-ins available for other applications used by the business.
Prepare monthly reports of progress that will be presented to leadership group to establish evolution of the company AI practice, accomplishments for the different initiatives, challenges and next steps. As the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, the AI Business Analyst must be able to effectively communicate insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. The Lead Technician serves as the main on-site customer contact for questions and/or concerns; and participates in facility, safety, coordination, and construction meetings when required.

Notify the operations team of any project delays onsite or issues on the projects so that they can update the project stakeholders.
