General Description
The Lead Teacher provides the complete educational experience and academic progress of children in a residential program. Provides required US Refugio shelter program reporting regarding education, life skills, vocational, and acculturation. Collaborates with the Program Management Office Directors (PMO) and other staff members to ensure the best possible learning environment for children.

What You'll Be Doing
Supervise the teachers and ensure educational services are aligned with the children's needs and educational requirements.
Provide instructional leadership, direction, and feedback to education staff.
Ensure that education staff provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment of respect to ensure positive learning experience for children with diverse backgrounds.
Provide direct services to a cohort of children and monitor participation to ensure adequate instruction and assistance to each child.
