Position Summary
Terabase is looking for an experienced solar Foreman for our Terafab onsite team. The onsite team oversees, coordinates, and successfully completes assigned utility solar construction projects. The Foreman reports to the Construction Management Office, facilitating all onsite Terafab activity and works closely with the Terafab project manager of record and the Deployment Team Lead. The Foreman acts as the onsite lead for a team of maintenance technicians and system engineers. Additional responsibilities include daily reporting, assisting clients with daily planning, training clients, documenting the use of the Terafab units, and checking material availability

Responsibilities
Field Operations
The Foreman is the main point of contact with the client for construction issues to be resolved at the site level.
Develop and maintain positive client relationships and ensures client issues are resolved or appropriately escalated as needed
Train client crews onsite for success in all aspects of the Terafab process
Takes actions necessary to meet project budget and schedule requirements
Provide leadership & direction to the Subcontractors, Field Specialists, and all other onsite personnel under Terabase
Understands the deliverables and scope of the project contract and the key performance indicators specific to the project
Be a champion for build quality
Ensure safety is priority one in all onsite operations
Ensure teams are engaging with subcontractors to analyze work plans, work methods, and progress.
Recognize risks and proactively implement mitigation measures to ensure Terafab uptime optimization
Regularly report status, progress, and changes to the construction management office
Process Improvement
Become intimately familiar with the Terafab technology stack
Identify inefficient operational processes and training gaps and propose solutions to R&D and project management
Participate in new product and process tests and evaluations at our Davis test facility
Communicate client ideas for improved products to R&D
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years extensive hands-on utility-scale solar experience with a solid understanding of standard practices
• Reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with standard construction equipment and OSHA operating certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• Solid technical foundation, ability to learn quickly, and ability to frame and drive technical decisions.
• Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
• Excellent time management ability
• Strong communication, customer relationship skills, and ability to communicate effectively and interact within a team environment.

Work Environment
Functions in an office/shop/field environment. The office and shop are controlled climates. Field work is outdoors under potentially hazardous conditions including challenging terrain and inclement weather at elevated altitude. The position may be exposed to chemical fumes/residue, equipment with moving parts, routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners, tablets, cell phone, etc.
Physical Demands

About the Role
As a Project Supervisor within Merchant Services, this role is a key part of the Vendor Operations team supporting our New Verticals workstreams. You will be responsible for overseeing vendor quality performance across critical metrics such as First Pass Accuracy (FPA), P0 Attributes, and other quality-related key results. As the primary owner of the Feedback and Rework dashboards, you'll track issues from intake through resolution and partner closely with vendors to drive accountability and improvement.
You'll serve as the DRI for onboarding quality and SLA tracking, deep dives on vendor performance, and upkeep of nuanced and complex processes. The Forest Crew Supervisor, Squad Boss role is to help supervise, train, and support the Transitional Firefighters under the guidance of the Crew Foreman and Superintendent.
This Forest Crew Supervisor, Squad Boss position will support the agency's mission by providing wildland fire suppression services to, and on behalf of, the public. This critical service protects public resources, natural resources, and public safety. As a Forest Crew Supervisor, Squad Boss on the Arcadia 20 Transitional Handcrew, you will perform pre-suppression and suppression-related activities. You must be willing and capable of performing strenuous outdoor work, safely and productively. Responsibilities:

Provides interagency fire suppression activities for initial attack, extended attack, mop-up, patrol, and rehabilitation. On initial attack fires, may perform ICS functions as Incident Commander Type 4 and 5 or other duties as needed.

Prescribed Fire Support - Leads crew to conduct site fuels and fire effects data collection, unit preparation, assists with burn plan writing, community outreach, and Rx burn implementation support to include firing, holding, burn boss, etc.
Work in remote areas away from vehicles for long periods.
Work in extremely rugged terrain.
Travel for extended periods (for multiple weeks): outside of your home unit to assist on fires within the region, to other regions and/or states for large fires.

Work is performed in the office setting (20%) of the time, and in unimproved natural areas of the state (80%). Incumbent must be able to traverse uneven terrain in all weather conditions. The outside environment varies from hot, dry, heat-related illness type conditions in summer, to cold, wet, hypothermic-type conditions closer to winter time. These duties may involve field work requiring physical performance, calling for above-average endurance and superior conditioning.

Pleasure Beach, Seaside Park, and Beardsley Park are the largest and in addition to providing opportunities for city residents to enjoy the outdoors, are vital to birds. Pleasure Beach is a nesting site for the federally threatened Piping Plover and the state threatened Least Tern, as well as four CT state listed plant species. Beardsley Park provides important migratory songbird stopover habitat and Seaside Park provides resting and foraging opportunities to migrating waterbirds. Sandy Point Beach & Bird Sanctuary in West Haven, CT is one of the most significant mainland nesting areas in the state for Piping Plover and Least Tern, and the state threatened American Oystercatcher. It is a popular site amongst anglers and local residents looking for a beautiful walk along the shore. To ensure that these birds have the opportunity to nest successfully, rest, and refuel during migration, Audubon Connecticut, in partnership with the cities of Bridgeport and West Haven, created the WildLife Guards Program. The program trains, mentors, and employs crews of eight local high school students to monitor nesting shorebirds, restore habitat, and engage visitors, families, and friends about the parks and their wildlife.
This is a seasonal, full-time position (30-hrs/week) starting June 16th and going through August 22nd. Note: Audubon staff will provide two weeks of paid training to crew leaders at the beginning of the WildLife Guards program.
This is a remote position based in Connecticut. Desired candidates should be based in or within a reasonable distance to the Connecticut coastline.

Mentoring, motivating, and inspiring the students working as part of the employment program.
Facilitating team building and helping students work through challenging situations.
Developing and implementing public outreach programs (e.g., nature walks, seine netting, touch tank, scavenger hunt, arts and crafts, tabling).
Creating a schedule of activities (e.g., outreach programs, bird monitoring, and habitat restoration work) to be performed weekly by students.

A Special Projects Supervisor will assist the Assistant Program Manager on uniquely assigned projects by acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing a wide array of domestic and international security support and cross functional collaboration to ensure the safety and security of client personnel, operations, assets and global reputation. WestWorld Maintenance Foreman - CDL
Remote Lead Foreman Job
Performs a wide variety of duties associated with the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of equestrian and special events facilities at WestWorld. Also provides customer service by interacting with show managers and other users to ensure the needs of their shows are met.
Education and Experience
* A High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent.
* Three years of experience in facilities/grounds maintenance, landscape work and working with grounds maintenance-related equipment.
* One year of supervisory experience in grounds and landscape maintenance facilities maintenance, general construction or a related field.
Licensing, Certifications, and Other Requirements
* Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license with no major citations within the past 39 months prior to the start date. The Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles requires that out-of-state drivers licenses must be surrendered within 10 days of relocating to the State of Arizona.
* Must obtain and maintain within six months of hire or promotion a valid unrestricted Class "B" Commercial Driver License (CDL) with Tanker endorsement and will be subject to unannounced alcohol and drug testing as required by law.
* Must complete within six months of hire or promotion a valid Forklift Operator Training Program.
* Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
Other pertinent licenses and/or certifications may be required of some positions depending on division/department/service assignment.
Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following:
* Supervises employees and coordinates personnel-related activities to include, but not limited to: training, approving work schedules, recommending/approving personnel actions, coaching and counseling, establishing performance goals, and writing performance evaluations.
* Ensures proper: set-up, tear down, and clean up are performed and all facility maintenance and janitorial services are accomplished as scheduled.

* Performs routine maintenance work at equestrian arenas; cleans ramadas; sweeps sidewalks.
* Initiates and tracks work orders; performs demand work, route maintenance.
* Meets regularly with Facilities Manager to schedule necessary material and equipment for scheduled WestWorld special events; initiates work orders related to building and mechanical maintenance needs.
* Operates and maintains a variety of equipment including mowers, front end loader, backhoe, dump truck, boom truck, power sprayer, trencher, tractor, turf sweeper, water trucks, dump trucks, backhoe, forklift, sweeper truck, and articulating loader. Uses various hand tools.
* Work in a variety of weather conditions including extreme heat.
* Bend/stoop repeatedly and lift arms above head.
* Exercise good physical and hand/eye coordination.
* Move heavy objects up to 100 pounds with assistance and work at heights greater than 10 feet.
* Operate a hand radio and standard office equipment including a personal computer or adding machine requiring continuous and repetitive arm, hand, and eye movement.
* Perform maintenance functions maneuvering small objects requiring manual dexterity.
* Operate a motor vehicle, heavy equipment, and various hand tools.
* Works a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Supervisor (PS) is responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of contracted projects. The PS is responsible for project review and planning, tracking project budgets and forecasting, contractor sourcing, solicitation, selection, and oversight, project planning & scheduling, company resource allocation, and customer communication. The role at times also requires accessing spaces that require some physical fitness. The PS will work at times with the project development team to identify and develop energy projects for our customers.
In this role, we will also train the Project Supervisor to perform site surveys for engineering and proposal development. This work will help you learn all the various systems we encounter and how we build projects efficiently, on time, and on budget. Through this process, you will work with sales, engineering, and procurement on budgeting project scopes, identifying opportunities, and assisting in strategic selling efforts.
This challenging and demanding role is a pivotal leadership position in our rapidly growing energy conservation services company. In this role, you will have frequent interaction with sales and engineering through the life cycle of our projects and be forward-facing our customers and their clients.
Responsibilities:

Develop and manage departmental reporting guidelines to include daily installation documentation, daily written project updates, daily and weekly email communications within and outside of the organization, daily and weekly safety briefings and meetings.
Development of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), work plans, and MS Project master schedules
Review, confirm, and approve weekly billings to the company.
Assist in the design and development of new projects, attend pre-bid meetings, and conduct site contractor walkthroughs.
Maintain open lines of communication with customer, subcontractor, and SMI management.
Promote project culture that is consistent with company values.

Qualifications
Technical degree with a minimum five years' experience in mechanical design/construction/installation, project management, or other related equivalent work experience

Strong communication and technical writing skills
Ability to work independently and remotely on projects.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 70%)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
M.E. degree
PMP, CAMP, or desire to obtain.
OSHA 30, EM 385 USACE
Plumbing + Mechanical skills, steam / fluid system maintenance experience a plus
