Litigation Attorney Salary: $120,000 - $225,000 (commensurate with experience) A well-established and respected law firm located in Berwyn, PA, is looking to add a talented Litigation Attorney to its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced attorney with a wide range of civil litigation expertise to take on complex cases in a collaborative and high-performing environment. Trial experience is highly preferred, along with proficiency in handling depositions and mediations. Key Responsibilities: Manage a broad and varied caseload in civil litigation, including commercial disputes, contract issues, property claims, and more. Draft and argue motions, write legal briefs, and prepare other legal documents. Lead settlement negotiations and discussions.
