Liasie with clients, attorneys, vendors, internal lines of business
Tracking of various deadlines, invoices and budgets
Opening new matters
Assisting with document productions for a variety of practices, closings for transaction and filings for litigation groups
Assisting with ad hoc projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree - a plus
At least 2 years of experience supporting attorneys in an administrative capacity, preferably AmLaw
Proficient with MS Office
Availability to work hybrid in NYC as well as overtime when needed
