Role Description
The legal assistant will support our attorneys in representing clients at every stage of a workers' compensation case and across our civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
Filing DOR's, Applications, other worker compensation related filings
Case management and client communication
Manage clerical duties including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars
Organize and maintain legal files and documents efficiently
Assist in the drafting of legal correspondences, memos, and court documents
Aid attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions
Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as required
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team
Qualifications:
1 year of experience at a law firm (Required)
Experience with e-filing
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
