Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning clients.
Planning and organizing meetings to develop referral relationships with peers, outside companies serving the same market, and community organizations.
Keeps Firm management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including weekly updates and documenting progress towards monthly and quarterly milestones.
Suggest changes in services and policy by reporting results and developments to the Firm.
Maintains professional knowledge by staying current on long term care Medicaid policy changes and participating in training offered by the Firm.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
