The group would like to see an associate with trade remedies experience, specifically an associate who has firm experience handling AD/CVD work. Government experience is a plus but they absolutely need firm experience too so that they can step in pretty quickly into the firm environment advising clients as needed. The trade team advises in the following areas: export controls, sanctions, and trade remedies (antidumping/CVD trade law and/or investigations).
