About the Role
We're looking for a smart, independent, and client-focused Associate Attorney with 6-10 years of experience handling both transactional and litigation matters in business and real estate law. What You'll Do
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, operating agreements, and more

Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff
What We're Looking For
JD from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
6-10 years of relevant experience in business and/or real estate law
A mix of litigation and transactional experience
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
A strategic mindset and a desire to build something, not just bill hours
