· File pleadings with the probate court both in person and electronically.
· Appear in court for routine proceedings such as continuances.
· Provide regular case status updates to clients via email and telephone.

Requirements:
· J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
· Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
· 2-5 years of family law experience (general litigation experience will also be considered)
· Exceptional attention to detail required.
· Experience with drafting and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Clio and Adobe Acrobat.
· Ability and willingness to appear in court on an as-needed basis.
