Drive Probate and Real Estate files to meet timelines and billing milestones.
Prepare court pleadings, letters and other documents for the probate and trust settlement process. Strong understanding of FL court procedures to include probate.

Assist clients upon arrival for appointments, and address phone calls, emails and in person communications with clients and third parties appropriately.
Order, review title searches and title commitments. Prepare and gather required documents to satisfy title requirements.
