PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Your Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Nutrition Programs Coordinator and Berea Kids Eat Meal Specialist, the Berea Kids Eat Meal Program Associate will help ensure local and high-quality meals are being delivered to Berea Community Youth as part of the Summer Meals Program.
Work directly with students and interns in support of Summer Meal Service.
Serve summer meals to youth ages 18 and under, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and regulations.
Complete all required USDA SUN Meals (formerly the Summer Food Service Program)_documentation in coordination with the Grow Appalachia Operations and Compliance Specialist accurately and within required timelines.
Ensure thorough site set up and clean up.

As a Trial Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You'll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.
