Track transaction details - create and utilize checklists, monitor and follow up to ensure completion and compliance of all required documentation for real estate closings
Work with title companies to handle recordings in several jurisdictions
Investigation of factual issues using a variety of resources
Utilize firm technology and software and those specific to the real estate practice group
Maintain client, matter and practice group specific libraries in hard copy, electronic form, or both
Coordinates storage of client information with the firm's records department
Maintain all administrative standards set by the firm
Coordination and analysis of UCC, litigation, and other public record source materials
