Key Responsibilities:
Work with a pod of two attorneys, a paralegal and Legal Assistant to Represent Clients in Family law matters,
Confidently represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations.
Draft detailed and effective legal documents, including pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, and judgments for diverse family law cases.
Develop tailored legal strategies to address each client's unique needs and goals.
Manage sensitive and high-stakes family law matters such as divorce, custody, child support, property division, and domestic violence cases.
Effectively communicate with clients, providing clear updates and guidance throughout their case.
Ensure all client files are well-organized and up to date.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Must have at least 3 years of family law trial experience, with expertise in divorce, custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Massachusetts family law, including property division and spousal support. A desire to practice in a second area of law is a plus.
Empathy and Professionalism: Ability to manage emotionally charged cases with sensitivity and a client-first approach.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication and advocacy skills to represent clients both in and out of court.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Collaborative attitude and commitment to delivering top-quality legal services.
