Requirements: · J.D. degree from an accredited law school. · Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar. · 2-5 years of family law experience (general litigation experience will also be considered) · Exceptional attention to detail required. · Experience with drafting and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Clio and Adobe Acrobat. · Ability and willingness to appear in court on an as-needed basis. · Excellent time management and organizational skills. · Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize projects. Preferred Qualifications · Familiarity with Massachusetts Courts' electronic filing system preferred. · Experience with producing and reviewing all aspects of discovery preferred. · Familiarity with Massachusetts Rule 401 Financial Statements and Rule 410 Discovery strongly preferred. · Experience in assisting with trial preparation a plus. · Experience with Clio practice management software preferred.
