Ideal candidates will be dedicated, reliable, available to work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and potentially Saturdays during our busiest season, with experience in landscape construction and running common landscape equipment. This position requires physical strength lifting, pushing, and pulling, as well as stamina to work in a variety of conditions. Preferred candidates will have a valid drivers license, the ability to drive a truck and trailer, and bilingual (spanish) Crew leaders will be responsible for taking instruction from the sales team and relaying it to the construction team in a clear, decisive manner. Leaders will be expected to participate in construction of landscape projects along with technicians, monitor and complete jobs on schedule as well as provide on-the-job training for beginning landscape crew members. Crew leaders must have a detailed understanding of landscape construction and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Landscape technicians will be responsible for the efficient construction of landscape projects, care and maintenance of equipment/machines/vehicles. Technicians should have a basic knowledge of various landscape materials, construction techniques, and safety of operations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is compensated at a rate of $16.25 per hour, pre-tax. Summer seasonal staff are paid on a bi-weekly basis and are classified as exempt, seasonal employees.
