Overview: Our client, the Founder of an investment services company, is seeking a Residential Care taker responsible for primarily exterior property care and light interior property care to one residence in Cherry Hills Village. This position has a standard working schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with potential afterhours requirements should an emergency arise. Grounds/Landscape Maintenance:
Daily cleaning and maintenance of landscape
Supplemental mowing and trimming - Basic weekly mowing and trimming to be performed by contractor
Regular inspection of grounds
Replacement of plantings as necessary
Management and care for overall plant health
Insect/pest treatment
Weeding
Mulch refresh
Tree trimming

General painting and staining upkeep of structures and fencing
Gutter/downspout cleaning
Care and cleaning of structure exteriors
General:
Regular reporting of findings and repair status/completion to supervisor/Owner
Report to the supervisor/owner and assist in coordinating larger or specialized repairs as needed
Vendor coordination as necessary
Window and screen cleaning to include interior and exterior
Vehicle washing and cleaning as necessary
Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary and/or assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscaping and maintenance work
Ability to pass a background and drug screening
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel locally (less than 10%) to include trips to pick up supplies and travel to special projects as necessary
Primarily responsible for 1 property but may be required to assist at additional properties as directed and is subject to change as need and special projects arise
Responsibilities include maintaining the landscaping, grounds and structures at the properties therefore is a physical role and requires regular walking, bending, kneeling, standing, lifting, etc. to perform the necessary duties
