Requirements:
2+ years' experience with landscaping. Commercial landscaping preferred.
Current valid driver's license & dependable vehicle.

Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications
Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees

Basic Purpose:

Example of Work Performed:
* Cut grass, weeds, trees, and brush; clean culverts, drains, and ditches; move, load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment; haul or carry sand, lumber, asphalt, and cement or other materials;

Skills and Knowledge:

What you will do:
The qualified individual will work as an integral part of the operations team to perform the following essential job functions:
Mow lawns, prune bushes and trees, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured look
Operate snow removal equipment during the winter to keep all the walkways and building entrances cleared and safe
Take on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the property manager
Collaborate with maintenance team to make sure the grounds and the building are always properly cared for
Remove trash and debris from streets, common areas and vacant sites daily.
