As a Groundskeeper, you play a key role in making our properties a great place to live and work! This position is a member of the Maintenance staff, working directly with the Account Manager and office staff to provide world class service to our customers. LSI Groundskeeper's are diligent, energetic, devoted and happy with incredible attention to detail. You play a key role in the upkeep of the property!
Responsibilities:
Take pride in your property, make sure it always looks it's best!
Responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image which includes
Using leaf blowers to blow away debris out of parking lots, curbs, etc.
Pruning, weeding, stick and branch removal
Maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
Assist with snow removal.
Responsible for providing world class customer service by addressing the concerns and maintenance needs of our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Be a helper! You may be called upon to the Maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma
Previous grounds or custodial maintenance experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 70lbs abd physically able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
Ability to understand, follow instructions, think and work with little supervision.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to walk up to 10 miles a day.
Must be available to work Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and including occasional weekends.
