Remove snow with shovels and/or snow blowers. Remove snow in all outdoor walkways, sidewalks, stairways, doorways and steps. Carry bags of salt from store room to needed location and or load on vehicles. Spread salt in all outdoor walkways, sidewalks, stairways, doorways and steps. Hours may vary based on the timing and volume of snow. Call in are possible should a large snow event occur Qualifications One year of custodial or lawn care experience preferred but not required. Entry level; requires supervision. WAGE & WORK SCHEDULE: Wage rate is no less than $18.39 per hour. Overtime hours vary at $27.59 /hr. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at employer's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is weekly. Workers are paid by check on Friday. The standard workday is from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect working hours. Transportation reimbursements based on worker's actual cost, not to exceed the most economical common carrier transportation costs for distances involved.
