Capital Programs and Facilities Management (CPFM) is committed to planning, developing, and maintaining a safe, sustainable, and high-quality learning and working environment for the campus community. Essential Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of general gardening and grounds maintenance methods. We are looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team at a community in the Santa Ana, CA area. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits.
Pay Range: $18-20 / Hour

We are looking for someone with a passion for helping residents to maintain their exterior living environment & keeping the canvas of the community clean and beautiful.
You are able to use simple tools, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings, as well as power tools, such as snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, and saws.
You have a passion for customer service and providing & an excellent presentation of your work
Basic experience with property maintenance and or landscaping
You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
You have a passion for helping others
Ability to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
