Assist with tree care operations, including cleanup of debris, stump grinding, and site restoration. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as power hand tools, trimmers, and blowers. Follow safety protocols and ensure job sites are clean and organized. Work closely with team members to enhance properties and follow instructions as directed. Install hardscaping elements such as edging, walkways, and small retaining walls (as needed). Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies for daily job assignments. Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job expectations are met every day. Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years in landscaping or a related field. Knowledge of planting, trimming, grading, and landscape maintenance. Ability to operate power tools, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions. Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and proper equipment use. Valid license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
