**Summary**
Under general direction, this role performs a variety of job responsibilities which may include delivery of fertilizer and chemical products to customers from the Unit office, equipment and plant maintenance work, and fertilizer blending.

Position Summary: The Mine Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment(mainly bulldozer and excavator) used in construction, maintenance, and excavation.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
Operates heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in excavation and site construction.
Properly follows company safety procedures. Brings problems to the attention of the foreman, superintendent, safety director or HR manager.
Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or needed repairs to the supervisor; cleans equipment.

Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

General Overview: Quality Control will be responsible for performing the daily operations of the Quality Laboratory, a facility that includes wet processing equipment for raw sand and dry processing equipment for processed sand.

Performs quality testing of sand materials and keeps accurate records of results.

The Eligibility Advisor I position consists of three job classifications; Texas Works Advisor, Medical Eligibility Specialist, and Hospital Based Worker that establish eligibility for different financial and medical programs. These include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid for the Elderly and People with Disabilities (MEPD) and Medicaid.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:
Assist in the management of heavy civil and/or mining projects from inception to completion and has demonstrated experience in the industry
Assist in the execution of projects (ex. project work plans and proper documentation and records including scope of work, driving the schedule, etc.)
Support Project Superintendent in tracking of project progress
Lead onsite personnel to achieve project outcomes
Coordinate between maintenance, operations and external contractors

Summary
Under general direction, this role performs a variety of job responsibilities which may include delivery of fertilizer and chemical products to customers from the Unit office, equipment and plant maintenance work, and fertilizer blending.
Key Responsibilities
* May assist with recordkeeping related to warehouse/inventory responsibilities.
* Performs varied responsibilities such as: equipment and plant maintenance including welding, pump and engine overhauls, painting, and general housekeeping responsibilities; loading and delivering fertilizer and chemicals to customers; operating equipment to blend fertilizer; monitoring product application by calculating amounts, calibrating equipment, controlling application rates, and cleaning and storing equipment after application process; receiving and unloading product and performing warehouse inventory and storage functions.
* Miscellaneous duties such as assisting with special projects, attending training sessions, providing back-up when needed, etc.

condition. This role will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and heavy equipment
at various job sites. This involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance, as
well as conducting repairs and replacements as needed. The Mechanic will adhere to safety regulations and
company procedures while maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on-site.
Inspect vehicles and equipment for damage, wear, and potential mechanical issues.
Diagnose malfunctions and identify the root cause of mechanical problems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future breakdowns and extend the lifespan of vehicles and equipment.
Test repaired vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle with the necessary tools and parts.
May be required to operate specialized equipment or tools.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic, with field service experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in varied weather conditions.
Work Environment:
Exposure to outdoor conditions, including extreme weather and rugged terrain.
Work in proximity to high-voltage electrical systems, heavy machinery, and other oil and gas infrastructure.
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols at all times.
