The Processing Clerk collects sales receipts from vending route drivers at the end of shifts. This position counts, compares, and verifies totals against receipts or other documentation, such as petty cash IOUs. Processing Clerks are responsible to note any discrepancies or questionable transactions.
Responsibilities include:
+ A high regard for customer service and employee relations. 10-Key proficiency is essential.
+ Must be able to complete the paperwork by hand or via accounting, word processing or spreadsheet software. Paperwork includes cash sheets, deposit summaries, audit or discrepancy reports and purchase-related documentation, such as supply orders.
+ Ability to utilize different automated machines during the work shift
Preferred qualifications:

This camp property is known for its immersive equestrian program, which specializes in English riding. Meriwether can serve a little over 100 campers in its current cabins, with additional space for tent camping. A camp director residence is available, although living on-site is not required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program and Services Delivery:
Provide leadership and direction for the Camp while evaluating, planning, and directing camp operations, health and safety, and programs.
Plan, develop, and direct summer sleepaway camp program and 3-seasons event programs with the support of the camp team that meets the needs and interests of Girl Scout members and other girls in the camp's target populations. Pursue rental opportunities and other revenue streams to support the financial sustainability of the camp.
Ensure delivery of camp programs in a safe and quality manner.

Supervise the administration of high-risk activities that include pool, horses, archery, and challenge course

Marketing

Focus on recruitment and retention of campers, recruitment and retention of quality camp staff, and building new revenue-generating opportunities for camp.
Risk & Safety
Work with the Risk Manager and other teams to manage risk and safety throughout camp. Ensure the health and safety of campers and staff.
In partnership with the Risk team and camp director team, develop and implement crisis and risk management procedures, including, but not limited to, all required safety training and incident management, dam management, well management, forest management, and lake management.

Assumes direct responsibility for Food Service including but not limited to:
