Vector Marketing has immediate openings. We are interviewing for part time sales positions, with an opportunity to work more. Basic responsibilities include working with customers, selling our Cutco products, and placing any orders. There is a base pay that is not based on sales, but reps can earn based on commission. Previous experience is not required.
We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income around their current schedule.
Position Details:
Weekly pay -Competitive base pay ($20.00 base-appt), commissions available based on performance. Reps can earn more based on performance but can still make in income even if they have an off week.
Solid training We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on.
Product We work with Cutco products which are products used in the kitchen and some outdoor tools as well. Prior work experience or sales experience is not required.
Flexible scheduling We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some are looking for summer work, and others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes, other jobs, or family obligations.
Choice of location Reps work at home and locally after training. Most meetings and training are held in the office.

Communication and leadership skills are key as this role interfaces with a wide variety of leaders and team members across the plant to achieve our collective goals.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and modifying ladder logic programs on Siemens and Allen Bradly PLCs; troubleshooting of various VFDs / Motor Controls / Hardwire relay logic electrical processes.

Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and Directives
Conduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives.

Job Summary:
The Food Safety/Quality Assurance (FSQA) Manager is responsible for all quality assurance functions in the Carthage, MO plant including the raw product processing and further processing departments. This role also oversees the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program,
Salmonella
control programs, Quality program and all related policies and procedures. The FSQA Manager acts as the liaison between the USDA and the Company's internal departments such as: Research & Development, Sales, and Operations. This individual will oversee financial budgets, is responsible for managing FSQA personnel, and conducting audits as well as following up on deficiencies. The FSQA Manager will represent FSQA at meetings and outside seminars, in addition to other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages day to day FSQA functions for the facility including raw processing and further processing manufacturing and packaging areas.
Implements robust quality control processes, conducts inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Leads and manages a team of FSQA professionals by providing guidance, training, and mentoring to achieve departmental objectives.
Tasked with overseeing staffing, managing overtime, and budget allocation.
Conducts regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues/failures.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve quality-related concerns and implement corrective action.
Engages with customer and consumer feedback proactively, employing thorough root cause analysis and implementing impactful preventive measures. Entrusted with the integral role of overseeing data handling, intricate analysis, and comprehensive reporting processes.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Requires adaptability in scheduling to address staffing conflicts effectively.
Must be able to work in a variety of settings including the office, outside grounds, laboratory, and the Plant production floor.
Ability to travel to several Plant locations up to 10% of the time.
Physical requirements of the position include sitting, standing, and walking for prolonged periods of time.

Job Overview:
Machinist work from process controls, blueprints, and quality documents to set-up and operate work centers within our machine shop. utilizing specified tooling and gauging to ensure part quality and conformance to prints.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and run production on all machines while managing tool conditions. Setup and operate machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines
• Responsible for cleaning and organizing their work to provide a safe and efficient work environment. Accurate production records are also a responsibility that must be maintained on a daily basis.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machine tools to ensure they operate effectively and safely. Report any significant machine malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, making minor repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setup, run times, and material usage. Report any deviations from specifications or quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Document any issues, defects, or deviations from standard procedures. Complete production logs, work orders, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production challenges. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

An Electrical Engineer, E.I.T. shall develop the ability to produce comprehensive facility electrical designs while assisting the project engineer and, at a minimum, have the following capabilities:
