WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Lead Test Technician will oversee the electrical testing and troubleshooting of wire harness, coaxial assemblies and electromechanical assemblies including printed circuit boards. Leadership and Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of test technicians, providing guidance and support in the proper methods of testing and troubleshooting electrical assemblies. ABOUT YOU: Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in programing, testing and troubleshooting using some type of automated test equipment, Hi-pot tester and network analyzer. With at least 3 years of experience in an Aerospace or Military manufacturing environment. Proficiency in testing methodologies, and familiarity with wire harness manufacturing processes. The Principal Training Development Specialist position assists the customer by operating the Semi Automated Forces (SAF) system and related exercise control systems per current and applicable military doctrine. Assist in generation and control of AVCATT exercise scenarios, mission sets and master event training list objectives to meet military instructors, observer controllers, and unit commanders training objectives and intent. Program battle master controller radio frequencies, weapons configurations, navigation waypoints, target coordinates, and weather environmental parameters. Loads and verifies correct mission task conditions and standards prior to initialization of flight modules. Operate workstations including After Action Review (AAR), Semi-Automated Forces (SAF), and other control consoles and provides guidance to exercise participants manning the role player stations. Develop and manage electronic files containing overlays, scenarios, and user provided portable flight planning software, (PFPS), files for use during future training iterations. Support aviation training exercises in preparation for actual real-life deployments. Perform flight modules reconfigurations on a routine basis, PMCS of equipment and assists technicians with system availability Understand and apply realistic control of semi-automated forces, not limited to, infantry fighting vehicles, armor, infantry troops, artillery, rotary and fixed wing, combat service support elements, air defense systems, during day and night military training operations.
