Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a landscaping crew to complete high-quality residential and commercial projects. Oversee installation and maintenance tasks, including irrigation, drainage, artificial turf, lighting, and more. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Provide clear instructions to crew members, delegate tasks, and monitor progress. Maintain and ensure proper use of equipment and tools to keep them in good working condition. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and crew members to address any issues or changes to project plans. Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist with hands-on work as needed, including planting, grading, mulching, and irrigation. Complete and submit job-related paperwork accurately and on time. Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in landscaping or a related field (preferred). Proven leadership ability with experience managing a crew. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment. Experience operating heavy equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and other machinery (required). Valid driver's license (mandatory). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans or blueprints (preferred but not required). Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Required: Valid Drivers License with the ability to drive a truck and trailer as needed.
