Company pickup
Not guaranteed any hours if they like. That how they get rid of you when times are slow. I when last year with one planner 50 to 65 hours a week to 8 to at best 24 hours in one week. The job 90% of the time are under bid. So you got to press 2 to 3 days into 1 to get done and you work alone that normally takes two people to do the job. You work with in all type of weather and heat over 120 degrees for hours on end in the summer months. You will have very very little if any at all. You work for up to 14 days. Days on end. Then will not have anything to do for months on end. That you have through in personal days and vacation day just to make ends meet. And when they get slow they will only give one days work in hole week and keep the ones they like 5 days a week working. There favoritism for sure. I went from 65 hours a week to 8 to give a idea. So if you plan on working on Cranes. I really suggest not working here they are not job stable enough to count on to live.
If you sign up for profit sharing it good.
They are good for the safe policy's to cover them selfs if get hurt or killed
Treat your family out time to time for no job injures or time off work for them 14 hour days
It's basically right place at the right when they are needing

You stuck in field of work unless you know someone high in the company
Can't really think of anything. If you work 14 hours a day for months on end up to 13 days straight before you get one day off then back at leaves no family life. But the good thing is when they decided to starve you out you work one day week for months on end. You have a lot of family time with no money. That's just some of the high lights.
I have not been impressed working here.
