The Restaurant General Manager is the executive leader of the restaurant focused on profitability, guest, people and operations. The RGM has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant. Responsibilities: * Prepare all breakfast orders neatly and 100% accurately while displaying a great sense of urgency * Assist with food preparation neatly, accurately and in a timely manner * Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items * Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude * Clean as directed while being certain that all cleaning responsibilities are fulfilled * Understand and follow proper food, serving food, and clean up procedures * Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard Qualifications: * Must be able to work fast and accurately while working with a team * Must be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work with * Must be able to work with a sense of urgency * Must be organized and meticulous, with a heart for hospitality and a mind to maintain an atmosphere of positive, anticipatory thinking * Ability to smile throughout shift and have a great attitude when arriving at work * Must be an approachable, welcoming, people person who is a team player, and must be teachable * Unafraid to ask questions and bring up concerns to management team * Some food/restaurant experience is preferred, but not required * Must be able to work during holiday season * Willing to be flexible with work schedule if needed * Starting pay $12.00 per hour.
