Night Maintenance

Night maintenance ensures the ride attractions surfaces are sufficient for rider occupancy, while using various components or materials to repair surfaces such as fiberglass, foam, and concrete. Responsible for preventative maintenance and yearly repairs for all slide surfaces in the park. Provides support during non-operating hours during the season to minimize impact to daily operation.
Responsibilities:
Directed by Rides supervisor, work associated with work orders and priority discussions will be conducted to all ride surfaces or elements. Making small impact adjustments or repairs to surfaces to limit down-time but still uphold safety priorities. Often cosmetic or surface painting of slides and elements to maintain premature wear / failure on foam and fiberglass.
Complete work orders where fiberglass or foam failures have occurred. Using technical skills associated with the position, providing a balance between all stages of the repair. Whether foam or fiberglass there are 3-4 steps to be followed for proper repairs and time management is essential to the success of the repair. Most work is completed overnight which allows for operation the next day. Supports minor repairs for other maintenance teams when appropriate.
Directed to clean all rides and attractions utilizing a routine schedule to ensure a positive image. Various methods for cleaning like; power washing, chlorine washing, acid washing, and degreasing will occur on a weekly basis or as time permits. This will occur during non-operating hours and when minimal staff are impacted.
Directed to set up and take down the awnings, shade covers, or funbella tops all over the facility based on necessity. Will take care of minor repairs but will prepare for shipping if directed by Rides supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow instructions per manufactures guidelines to include part A & B mixing or dilution ratios; hand and power tools; heat gun or other heat bending devices for foam manipulation; ability to work nights during summer
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid State Driver's License and provide proof of personal vehicle insurance

Two summer interns are needed to fill highly visible audit staff positions at our Carowinds location for the large, publicly held company, Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.

Assignments may also include audits on controls over Revenue, Cash Receipts, Accounting and Computer Systems, Payroll, Purchasing & Expenditures, Inventory, etc., plus other projects. After completing each audit, you will write a conclusion and any necessary recommendations for improvements to the controls and procedures.
Qualifications:
No prior audit experience is necessary, as training and guidance will be provided during the internship.
Candidates must be highly motivated and able to work professionally with and without supervision.
Excellent communication skills are a plus, as you'll interact with managers on a regular basis.
Auditors should be willing to work approximately 40-45 hours per week over 5 days (with at least one weekend day), daily schedules will vary.
Candidates should be Accounting majors in their sophomore year or above.
Preferred completion of two accounting courses prior to next summer's internship.

Responsibilities:
Must have a willingness to accept the most effective role.
Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; maintaining maintenance records; following policies and procedures; completing repairs and installing replacement parts; reporting needed changes.
Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter; removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot; painting; mowing the lawns and cleaning surrounding landscape.
Completes special requests by hauling files and boxes; moving furniture; setting up furnishings; preparing rooms for meetings; assembling public announcement and audio visual equipment; following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing repairs and installing replacement parts.
Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures; cleaning counters, walls, ceiling and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; vacuuming and shampooing furniture and carpeting; requesting products/supplies necessary for stocking restrooms and lunchrooms; removing recyclables.
Maintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.

What You'll Do
Maintain Cooper's Hawk quality standards by preparing assigned recipes to specification
Follow recipes, manage portion control, and adhere to presentation specifications
Set up station according to established specifications
Properly use the KDS system to manage cook times, while preparing and multitasking several dishes at a time.
Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
Maintain kitchen equipment in “like new” condition
Clean and maintain station using necessary safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
Maintain professional relationships and clear communications with all Managers and Team Members
Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift or closing in accordance with company guidelines

A minimum of 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment

JOB SUMMARY
Crystal Mountain is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in this important role on our brand marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Program Manager should be a skilled and creative individual who can lead and execute our marketing efforts across all digital channels. This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including website management and maintenance, app integration, as well as email deployment and other CRM related responsibilities with a keen eye for the user experience. The Digital Marketing Program Manager is a data-driven person with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, geographies, and organizations.
This role will be pivotal in the strategy and execution for the website and mobile app. Including being responsible for drawing on quantitative data analysis/reporting and other site audit initiatives to generate recommendations and facilitate website updates, including seasonal campaigns, landing pages, and new feature updates.
This role will work closely with product build teams by scheduling and hosting product walk-throughs and providing feedback as it relates to the user experience and the navigation and capabilities of our e-commerce platforms.
Additionally, this role is responsible for working with marketing and product teams to build CRM strategies, target audiences and deploy emails using a variety of tools and programs to coordinate an omni-channel brand experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Strategy
Collaborate with the Crystal and Alterra teams in the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for all digital properties.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for web development, app integration, and user experience improvements to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions based on data and insights.
Collaborate and work through various teams for implementation and optimization recommendations.
Web Development
Oversee the website to ensure optimal functionality, speed, and user experience.
Collaborate with additional web developers and designers (Alterra shared services) as necessary to implement SEO best practices, mobile optimization, and responsive design.
Continuously monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times and user journeys.
App Integration
Utilization of the app for greatest guest engagement.
Ensure seamless integration of the app with the website and monitor performance.
User Experience (UX)
Ensure usability through testing, with an understanding and application of customer behavior preferences.
Work closely with the UX design team to create user-friendly interfaces, recommend and implement agreed upon UX improvements or work with Alterra shared services to implement.
Monitor and analyze user engagement data to identify areas for enhancement and optimize the customer journey.
Content Strategy
Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and supports overall marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) to track and report on key performance metrics.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize website and adjust digital marketing strategies accordingly.
E-commerce Platforms Management
Oversee and manage e-commerce platform (Shopify) to ensure seamless operations and integration of marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer support, to ensure alignment of digital strategies with broader business goals.
Utilization of project management tools (Asana, FreshService, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, web development, app integration, and UX design, preferably in an e-commerce context.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, SEO, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and associated tools (e.g., Shopify).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
