We are seeking an exceptional, service-minded keyholder responsible for delivering an exceptional Brixton brand experience, building and maintaining customer relationships while leading the retail sales team, and achieving store sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned):
Customer Service:
• Creating an environment that maintains a 100% customer focus
• Exemplifies an optimistic and energetic presence through team collaboration while building strong relationships with customers to maximize customer loyalty

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Energetic, positive, and a passion in Brixton
• Have strong communication, influencing, and time management skills

What You'll Do
