Position Summary
Meridian Waste offers the Manager Trainee Program at hauling and landfill facilities across the company's operating footprint, which includes six states. The position serves in an operations role with the goal of attaining a supervisor and/or entry management role to lead teams of both front line and office staff.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
A successful Manager Trainee candidate must have excellent communication skills and work well with others in a fast paced and ever-changing industry.

* Manage daily operations of the hauling or landfill location.
* Implement operating procedures to ensure all laws and policies are followed.
* Maintain utmost concern for safety and ensure all procedures are followed every time to ensure a safe work environment for employees and the greater community.
* Ensure quality customer care is provided to all customers.
* Assist with management of staffing levels.

* Support good working relations between management and employees.
