Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
Prepare specialty foods such as pizzas, fish, and sandwiches, following specific methods that usual require short preparation time.
Read food order slips or receive verbal instruction as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
Order and take delivery of supplies from vendor.
Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ensure that all cooked food reaches 165 degrees internal temperature, and all cold items are stored below 41 degrees.

Job Summary:
The overall purpose of the Restorative Aide position is to assist in the provision of restorative and/or rehabilitative care to patients as appropriate, and to assist in the provision of regular Patient care as may be directed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
State certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
Essential Functions:
Provide personal care to patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort. Assist in the provision of restorative or rehabilitative care.
Performs restorative nursing tasks such as ambulation, range of motion, positioning, self-feeding, etc., within the scope of individuals' training.
Promotes and supports the greatest possible degree of independence for patients.
Advises Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) of Patient's status daily.
Contributes knowledge of Patient's conditions/needs to patient care plans.
Assists in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
Observes and reports on Patients' conditions and documents observations as required.
Promotes safe and clean environment.
Complies with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies and procedures.
Assists in care and maintenance of therapy area and equipment.
Assures that equipment is clean and functional.
Attends in-service training programs.
Attends monthly Quality Assurance Meetings.
Responsible for monthly and weekly weights.
Attends weekly rehab meetings
Ability to function as a Team Leader/Role Model.
Has reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Network Policy and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employees responsibility to enforce it.
Attends weekly in-services, understands, and complies with Patient Care Management Systems.
Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
