What do you like best about Katecho's CEO and the leadership team?

There isn't more of them.

How would you improve Katecho's culture?

Pay competitive wages for the labor, hire managers with empathy, don't waste millions of dollars a year on machines that aren't compatible with current system (which is from the 90's), pay bonus to all employees, not just management

How did you prepare for the Katecho interview?

I spoke English and dressed sort-of nice. Certain jobs here require English competency, yet there aren't many employees who fit the criteria for them (not for diversity reasons or anything nice, they just enjoy exploiting cheap labor.)

How does your compensation at Katecho compare to the industry average?

Lowest pay for job title in the state, even after across the board raises.

There are quite a few different groups that lend to diversity (but as stated before, that's for cost purposes, not to make a better place to work)
