Pros of working at Kaseya

Pros was able to grow numerous friendships in such a big company

Cons of working at Kaseya

Cons company being so big they had a code when it came to management, they rather see them succeed over the lower employees

Benefits were the regular nothing special I promised so many things and never got them like a gym membership or a gym on site, also a gas allowance just a tough company overall

They were definitely motivating that’s for sure they were so high up the charts they never really knew what was going on other than the dollar figure

I wish the ceos knew the culture and overall client base better

company culture was lively, helpful, and enjoyable.

management did not care about employees and salary was not appropriate for the work required. Not great work life balance.
